What a great experience! We got to know Gerardo through a common friend for performing a re-doing of an old concrete work. He thoroughly reviewed our project, gave his opinion and advice, and walked us through all the steps. In reality, we didn't know what we didn't know about our project, he enlightened us about other considerations that as a home owner we were not aware of. He gave us reasonable options with pros and cons of each option.
